Solving Global Health WorkForce Challenges Through Meaningful Collaboration

About us
The CareForce Collective is a dynamic global hub uniting industry leaders, academic pioneers, and visionary entrepreneurs to revolutionize healthcare workforce solutions. As medical science advances, populations age, and challenges like climate change and conflict reshape care delivery, we accelerate life-changing initiatives that equip health professionals with the tools and strategies they need to thrive. Through bold collaboration and cutting-edge innovation, we drive systemic change that ensures a resilient, skilled, and future-ready global health workforce.
The brainchild of Peter Preziosi, PhD, RN—President and CEO of TruMerit (formerly CGFNS International)—the CareForce Collective is built on a legacy of fostering international cooperation through strategic public-private partnerships. Dr. Preziosi has dedicated his career to breaking down barriers in healthcare, enabling a seamless exchange of knowledge, talent, and technology across borders. By bridging the gap between vision and implementation, we empower the global health workforce to meet the demands of an evolving world—ensuring equitable, high-quality care for all.

Our Projects
Working with our members and sponsors, the CareForce Collective has piloted a nurse-led model of care in remote areas of Rwanda to improve health outcomes. By combining remote patient monitoring with on-the-ground health workers, the pilot is demonstrating how increased access to primary care reduces healthcare spend, reducing the need for distant hospital care.
